Six Sigma Project
You will be required to complete a Six Sigma Project under the direction of a Black Belt, Master Black Belt or Champion within an organization for which you are affiliated. In the Define Phase, you will be asked to complete and deliver evidence ( in the form of artifacts) to document your progress.
At a minimum, the following items will be required for the Define Phase. You are also at liberty to provide artifacts for other tools you deem to be necessary. Include these in the Summary of Next Steps submission.
· Executive Summary – You will provide a summary analysis of all tools provided along with their findings.
Additionally, you will provide responses for the overarching questions
a) Do you believe there was an appropriate use of tools?
b) What tools did you use beyond each required tools? Why did you use these tools? What benefit did you gain as result of using these tools?
c) Do you believe the project is ready to move to the next phase? Why or why not?
d) If the project is not ready, what measures need to be taken to recover? Provide details on steps, timing, impact, and benefit to the project.
e) Does the project charter, problem, scope of other aspect of the project need to be refined? Explain.

b) State what business goals the project must achieve to be considered successful
c) State the limitations placed on project (budget, time resources)
d) State the current process yield
e) State the customer requirements or specifications.
