Job interview
Imagine that you are in a job interview. The interviewer makes the following comment:
Describe what you learned in this module to this future employer. Make sure to cover:
- a clear description of win-win problem solving (remember to be discrete to your potential employer!)
- strategies for effective teamwork and collaboration;
- ways of influencing and managing change (make sure to discuss all three strategies discussed in the Switch video)
You want to accomplish two things in this assignment:
1) demonstrate to a potential employer what you know about teamwork and collaboration;
2) demonstrate to me that you have learned the content in Module 4. To achieve the second goal, you should answer the three bullets above using content from Module 4.
Conclude with a summary of how this knowledge helps to make you more effective team-member and collaborator.
