Project Builder D (PB2D): Analyzing and Paraphrasing Sources

Read your articles in chronological order, making sure to highlight, annotate, and take notes. For each article, write a short paragraph or series of bullet points answering the following questions:

  • Who is the author? What is their academic discipline?
  • What research question(s) did the author start with?
  • What is the CARS of this article?
  • What methods or forms of evidence does the author use to support their claims?
  • How does this author engage the other authors in conversation?
  • On what points do they agree? Disagree?
