M3.3 Final Paper Topic Proposal
Since this is an eight-week course it is critically important that you begin to think now about the final project you will write. The intervening module assignments will allow you to build a number of resources and portions of the project so that when you are near the end of the course you will not be writing a 4-6 page paper from scratch in one week, but building on your previous work with added insights, analysis and an overall synthesis of ideas, themes and theories into a cohesive whole. The final project will pull together all the previous module topics which are focused on the learning outcomes for this course.

Topic Proposal (150 words description)
Your topic needs to focus on the history of military leadership and leadership theories and how they relate to the military leadership in the 21st Century. A comprehensive study of conflict management, ethics and diversity, and elements of national power will be presented throughout the course.
Your topic should involve several key aspects of these discussions and their impact on military leadership. Your topic proposals need to be clear and precise. Use bulleted points to clearly state the topic and address the following parameters in at least one or two sentences.
Compose your work in a .doc or .docx file type using a word processor (such as Microsoft Word, etc.). Ensure your response paper is free of grammatical errors. Use APA style for all writing assignments.

The Topic Proposal is due by the end of this module. You have until Sunday at midnight to submit your work via the assignment drop box.
