This case study highlights some environmental aspects present in the firm. Please summarize your understanding of the organizational environment at Firmline PLC, and use the theoretical language introduced in Chapter 1, Argyle article, and Mintzberg article. In other words, you are being asked to describe the organizational environment and discuss how this environment affects decision-making at this firm.
