Project POM Part 2
The week 4 deliverable will be to explore the next questions of the project with the company that you have selected:
- What are the major strengths of the company?
- In what ways did POLC contribute to the company’s success (or failure)?
Items to consider when answering these questions should be :
- Organization structure and culture
- Leadership style and motivational style
- Overall measurements of success for this company
Keep in mind the overall requirement of the project is to produce a 4-6 page paper with the Week 2, 4, 6, & 8 project deliverable questions.
