You will research and find a published article (academic or industry) describing an individual or organization that has utilized, applied or practiced aspects of Emotional Intelligence effectively to improve working relationships, manage change, innovate, enhance organizational effectiveness, well-being and/or other benefit(s). You will then write-up a 2-3 page analysis & outline (Word Doc) including associated takeaways of the article for submission and then posting of a synopsis on the discussion board (for class review and dialogue). Your discussion board post(s) goal will be to stimulate insights and discussion regarding your and others’ analysis of the article’s focal issues and takeaways.
