For Point 1 – People:
A. Current Staff -> Instill a sense of shared values based on trust, peer support, integrity.
B. New Recruit -> Provide a clear path in the initial stages of recruitment to make transparent the first year and second year journey.
C. Senior Management -> Train Senior Management to trust, empower and value new and existing talent.
For Point 2 – Process:
A. Establish periodic checkpoints with the genuine intention to understand work challenges, understand changing needs, support etc.
