Supportive Submission #1 requires you to research, choose, and identify the topic of your ethical issue/dilemma presentation (Abortion Rights), then provide a rationale for choosing it as your topic of interest.

The rationale should include the following-
1. A brief summary of the issue(s). Remember to give fair balance by including some discussion representing opposing sides of the issue.
2. A brief discussion about any relevant ethical and/or legal considerations.
3. A short discussion on any current events, controversies or “hot buttons” that make discussion of the issue timely.

Of note- You should focus your submission toward a specific ethical dilemma, whereas you will eventually (within the critical assignment presentation submitted in Week 8) critically examine and discuss the opposing sides of this ethical issue/dilemma in fair balance, and develop and argue your own position as the preferred–based upon ethical frameworks.

All written submissions should be academically sound and free of typos or grammatical errors. Submissions must follow current APA requirements, with 1-inch margins, typed in 12-point Times New Roman font, double spaced, and include an appropriate title page, running heads, page numbers, correctly formatted in-text citations and references where appropriate, and be uploaded as .doc or .docx documents.
