Employee orientation

Develop a one-page outline of the steps that you would follow as you hire a new employee.
Pretend that you have been assigned the task of creating an orientation program for a nursing facility. Develop an outline (at least 2 pages, double-spaced), including who would be oriented, how and by whom it would be conducted, and what it would cover.

Your organization has been experiencing high turnover, excessive overtime usage, use of outside contract labor, staffing shortages, and staff discontent. You have just been handed the responsibility of creating a staff retention program that will help solve many, if not all, of these problems.
Write a solid paragraph or two describing your overall philosophy.
Then develop a bulleted outline of what your action plan will include. Please be specific.
