3.1 – 3.3 The student should write an essay in which they analyse how systems and processes can promote equality and inclusion or reinforce discrimination and exclusion. They should move on to evaluate the effectiveness of systems and processes in promoting equality, diversity and inclusion in their own area of responsibility. Lastly, the student should explain why it is important to promote improvements to address gaps or shortfalls in systems and processes, drawing on their own experiences.
