The salesperson claims that the handheld POS system can save each server up to 10 minutes of time away from guests over the course of a 5 hour dinner period.  Will the time savings affect your server to guest ratio? 3) Your Restaurant has 300 seats. It is 2 weeks before your first Saturday night (your busiest night) using the new POS system and you are in charge of the server schedule for that night. As you look through the reservation book and the calendar of events you expect the turnover rates to be as follows:
