Review your assessments in Paper A (physical & political characteristics), and Paper B (health & health-related characteristics). Use the following references and other appropriate references, to develop a nursing plan/interventions for a COVID-19 pandemic for your selected country.
What interventions have been successful in other countries? Could you use or adapt those interventions for:
Preventing the spread of cases in urban vs. rural areas;
o Educational content and how it would be taught (where, to whom?)
o Types of media (radio, TV, posters, etc) and how media would be used
o How local community workers and/or professionals (nurses) would be utilized
Treating active cases in urban vs. rural areas;
o Governmental agencies that are or should be responsible/involved
o How patients would be located and diagnosed (locations and use of clinics?)
o How referrals would be made (locations and use of field hospitals, hospitals?)
Decreasing the number of cases in urban vs. rural areas?
o How contact tracing would be accomplished
o How quarantining would be accomplished
