Here are some questions you can ask to spur your thinking:

Are there “threshold lowering” strategies described?
What strategies for “driving the transformation” are available?
What techniques for building resilience are offered?
What bottom-up strategies are described?
Are their top-down strategies as well?
What about “windows of opportunity”?
Is there a focus on the role of social innovation?
Are their stages involved?
Does change proceed through levels of some kind?
Does your guide consider adaptive change as well as transformative change?

Create a brief summary (2 or 3 pages) of your guide’s perspective on change –

bullet lists would be okay but also feel free to use any of the diagrams from their presentations or papers (of course including your understanding of the diagram), or quotations (with your comments.) Highlight differences between your guide’s approach and that of the others. You can of course use the material from previous weeks’ reading/viewing, but also explore the additional material I’ve posted for this week and search for your own. Please include material from at least 2 sources in addition to what we’ve covered already.
