The evaluation should outline the merits and limitations of the key argument(s) of your chosen article and offer support for this judgment. Your evaluation should be written as an essay that includes the steps outlined below.
Start your essay by providing a short introduction, in which you state the overall purpose of the evaluation and what you will cover in it (up to 50 words).
Provide a brief summary of your article so that a reader who has not read the article can follow your evaluation. This should include a description of the author’s/authors key points, findings, or arguments and of the evidence, they provide to convince their readers (no more than 250 words).
In the main part of the evaluation, the discussion, you should set out what you consider to be the key strengths and weaknesses of the main argument(s) put forth in the article (no more than 800 words).
Write a brief conclusion that summarises your argument and makes your final points (up to 100 words).
To ensure that the professor can locate your chosen article, make sure that you provide its full reference and the activity number in which it features.
