The purpose of the final paper is to demonstrate how you can apply the social ecological model to the topic of your testimony and consider two or more layers of the social ecological model.

The structure of the paper will be to (a) describe the phenomenon; (b) review the research that has been done to understand why the phenomenon has occurred (or has increased, or decreased); (c) identify how it could be influenced by two (or more) levels of the social ecological model, as described in the Story et al (2008) paper: individual, social, physical, macro- level; and (d) recommend one or more interventions to address the phenomenon based on the two levels of influence you discussed. One of these will be the policy that you delivered your oral testimony about earlier.
4. The paper should be 6-8 pages; double spaced; 1-inch margins on all sides; 12-point font. References should be formatted using APA style throughout the paper and listed in a separate reference section at the end of the paper.
