The main gap must be not saying lack of study or there is a call … also most of the references must be from well-known journals in management and psychology within the last five years
Regarding the journal like these , Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Management etc
– my research area in management ( work and organisation) and psychology
-use servant leader as a moderator and resource depletion as a mediator
– consider building upon conservation of resources (COR) theory
– please refer to the attached paper.
– I’m flexible in changing the suggested theory and mediator or moderator in case of if you want to find a gap but servant leader and creativity must be there.
