• Knowing how public funds are generated and how they are used is essential in key to preparing a successful departmental budget for approval and implementation. While the main concern of EDPs is the lack of insufficient funds to implement strategic LED activities, it must be understood by all community stakeholders that LED is an investment instead of an expense.
