3.Which leadership styles (or competencies) best describe Ghosn’s leadership at Nissan? Critically discuss the effectiveness of these styles? (30%)

4.Critically discuss some of the cross-cultural leadership challenges faced by Ghosn and how these were overcome (20%).It is important to stress that this is a critical evaluation of the effectiveness of an organisational leader.
