The purpose of the Educational Family Genealogy assignment is for you to reflect on how your family has influenced your current ideas, thoughts, and actions to the point of desiring to enter the world of higher education to attain a higher-level degree.
Create an educational genealogy of your family members in a Word document. Trace your family members (or those you consider family) and their experiences with education, especially higher education. You must include 2 sections in a single document:
Section 1: Include a family chart and a description of educational experiences for each member (the depth of this section will depend on your effort to research your family’s educational history).
