This project is the artifact that must be uploaded to your ePortfolio and is required for the major in Organizational Leadership. You must earn a grade of 80% or better on this paper in order to pass this class.
In this Leadership Theory I and II cluster, we have discussed the leadership role within the principles and practice of management of organizations. The two functions of management addressed in the class were leading and controlling with a particular focus on project management.
The project assigned will assist you with synthesizing your prior knowledge with the new knowledge you have gained during the leadership cluster (Leadership Theory I and Leadership Theory II). The objective of this assignment is for you to expand your leadership knowledge and skills by developing an implementation plan for improving the process you identified in your SWOT Analysis – the Culminating Project from Leadership Theory I.
Step 1) Identify the process from your previous class. You will need to improve it with using the tools learned this term. You should not start with a brand new process. For this project, you need start with an existing defined process that can be mapped out and has metrics. Then, will you revise that process to make it more efficient/effective.
Step 2) Read this article on Process Implementation. Read this article on What is a Process Flow Chart and How to Use it.
Step 3) Review this template ORGL4342- Process-Improvement-Plan Template Rev. 4-27-2021.docxto document for your culminating project. This assignment must be your own work and based on your knowledge of the organization you have chosen. You should add a reference page at the end of your document and cite any sources used to prepare your paper. All green text should be deleted.

Step 5) Create your assignment using the template version.
