Based on previous reading assignments, conduct an analysis of the information you have collected in the past four weeks.
Document your assessment findings using the Data Analysis Collection Tool.docx file.
Write a synopsis of the statistics and your analysis, with support from the following:
a minimum of five current scholarly sources,
information communicated to you from your at-risk population.
Your completed data analysis should:
include an analysis of the information gleaned from your at-risk population. This needs to be specific information regarding your community and/or at-risk population.
consist of a description, in your own words with statistical validation, one strength and one weakness from the following subsystems: Demographics, Physical Environment, Economics, Transportation and Safety, Health and Social Services, Education, Politics and Government, and Economics.
not to exceed five pages of content, double-spaced. This is not counting the title page and the reference page.
include three nursing diagnoses that must be written specifically for the at-risk population of choice and specific to three weaknesses found in your analysis.
include nursing diagnoses in the correct format of complete nursing diagnostic statements.
Submit your community assessment for grading by the end of the workshop.
