Aligning problem statement to the topic

Framework
For the purpose of this study, the researcher has chosen two theorists Cash (1993) and Moos
(1973, 1974). Cash (1993) created a model of theory that focuses on the relationship between buildings conditions and student academic achievement and behavior. The model explains that an indirect and direct relationship in school building conditions satisfaction exist amongst teachers. Through the model, the question is posed if school leaders and advisors value the importance of education. Unlike previous studies this researcher will focus on students’ academic motivation and experiences versus teachers’. Moos (1973, 1974) created a model of theory that states that each human environment, including school buildings, can be categorized by three sets of dimensions: (a) personal development or goal direction dimensions, (b) relationship dimensions, and (c) system maintenance and systems change dimensions. For the purpose of this study the researcher will apply the framework to the relationship between school design and student academic motivation and experiences
