Write an informative presentation that informs the audience what organizational model the company follows at its core.

So the paper is about an informative presentation from my speech class that we need to fully develop. Then after that I’ll have to make a video talking about it. Anyway, the details are all gonna be shown in pictures as attachments. The professor provided us with a link that has 100 companies and we need to choose one and write an informative presentation that informs the audience what organizational model the company follows at its core. The links provided by the professors will also be provided here in the bottom of this box. There’s also a grading rubric which will be provided for you to follow in order to make the speech good. Best of luck.
NOTE* There are a couple of off-limit organizations that we are not allowed to choose (will be provided in a picture as an attachment) so please take a look at that so you don’t end choosing an off-limit organization.

Consider the following scenario:

You are a teacher explaining to an adult education class why it’s important to study the media. As the teacher, what would you tell your students?

Studying media does not mean watching or using media. Studying media refers to learning about how media is created, why it is created, who it is created for, how it affects adults/children/men/women etc. For example, when composing your answer consider whether you think it is important for children to learn the truth behind so-called ‘beauty perfection’ in the media?

Make a strong case for learning about the media based on information you have read or researched but do not simply cut and paste (because I’ll know!). Use knowledge you’ve gained but express how you feel about the importance of becoming media literate. Include the following in your answer:

Three compelling arguments (with supporting details).

An example of a mass media product or mass media story to support each argument (Products can be names of films, newspapers, music videos, or TV shows.)

An effective title.

a written report of at least three detailed paragraphs

We know that not all relationships are meant to last, but that doesn’t always make termination/dissolution easy. What do you think are some “best practices” for terminating or dissolving a relationship ethically? Why might this important for all parties involved?
In her poem, “Human Family,” Maya Angelou expresses the idea that we are more similar than we are different. I like this poem because it doesn’t dismiss our differences and challenges me to treat others with dignity and compassion. Share a positive intercultural interaction you have had and explain what factors contributed to the positive experience. (Note: Intercultural communication is happening when one or both parties experience a barrier to communicating effectively. This could be due to language barriers, differences in values and beliefs, and differences in perception. Successful intercultural communication is happening when one or both parties are able to adapt their communication to overcome the barrier(s).)

There are many situations in which we feel like we are going to experience a negative result no matter what we choose. Pseudo-listening is categorized as a negative listening style because the end results can leave others feeling disrespected and unappreciated, but I think we’ve all chosen to fake listen to avoid those exact results (making the other person feel disrespected and unappreciated). Do you think it’s okay to pseudo-listen sometimes? If so, explain and give an example. If not, how do you communicate to the other person that you can’t fully listen right now without hurting their feelings?
