The Death Penalty has been a topic of hot debate for decades now, and within the last 15 years the Supreme Court has issues opinions on whether the death penalty is a viable punishment for juvenile offenders . Put differently, is the death penalty actually justice? Does it achieve the intended goal of punishment?

It should not be alarming to you that most countries around the world practice and use the death penalty. The Pope, Amnesty International, and many other organizations vehemently oppose the use and practice of the Death Penalty.
