LEBOR – Law Enforcement Officers Bill of Rights

Read through all the articles and links posted in attachments: the PROJO articles related to Rhode Island Police officers Bill of Rights are current issues in front of the RI General Assembly and actively discussed amongst labor unions, elected officials, talk radio and the community alike. Additionally, there are articles from the Hummel report to base your opinion(s). Other articles are related to civilian review boards and whether not civilians in lieu of police officers should review the complaints against police officers are important reads.

You are an intern working with a state crime scene investigation team that has statewide jurisdiction and gets called in by county and municipal authorities for crime scene analysis and laboratory support. A number of larger cities in the state have their own crime scene units. Child sexual abuse
