APA 7 is required; The other two should be grounded theory and case study

Write a theoretical or position paper about an issue of great concern in the area of emotional and behavioral disorders.

You are required to do one extensive research paper dealing with an important issue, perspective, or original research related to emotional and behavioral disorders. This paper is not to exceed 25 type written, double spaced, 12-point font pages, including references. This paper is done in proper APA format, so I would suggest that you pick up the Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association (7th ed.) at the bookstore. For the completion of this assignment, you can:

(a) conduct an original single-subject research project in the schools with students identified with emotional and behavioral disorders;

(b) write a literature review of previous research focusing on emotional and behavioral disorders that provides important implications for students with disabilities or who are academically at-risk for failure in the schools; or

(c) write a theoretical or position paper about an issue of great concern in the area of emotional and behavioral disorders.

Identify an existing or develop an academic curriculum and create a map that aligns the curriculum with student learning outcomes.

The Curriculum Mapping Project (CM Project) is designed for you to apply your knowledge of the curriculum to professional practice. The CM Project is divided into 5 parts. Each part builds on the previous assignment. Once this project is completed, you will use this Project as the basis for your Monitoring and Evaluation Framework (ME Framework). The ME Framework will be completed near the end of the semester.

*CM Project 1: Develop map of an existing curriculum, either in K-12 or higher education. (50 points)
Step 1. Identify an existing or develop an academic curriculum and create a map that aligns the curriculum with student learning outcomes. An example of a Curriculum Map is provided for you in the module.
At this juncture, you are only expected to identify Student Learning Outcomes (SLOs). However, the courses that comprise the academic curriculum should be listed somewhere under “Where in the Curriculum is the SLO introduced to the student; does the student develop their skills to realize the SLO; and, is the student able to practice the skills necessary to satisfy the SLO?

Next, address the expectations placed on the juvenile justice system by schools, the police, treatment facilities, families, youth, the media, and communities. In your opinion, can the juvenile justice network ever live up to the expectations? Why, or why not?

Topic 3 Cyber Bullying

Please respond to the following:

Discuss your experiences with cyber-bullying – either a personal experience or one you know of from peers or the media.

How did the different roles (victim, bully, bully victim, bystanders, and “toadies”) present themselves in this experience?

Then, imagine you are on the school board and a vocal advocate against bullying. You have been asked to design a program that addresses bullying in your school.

How would you approach this task?

Describe four factors involved in a multifaceted school-based approach to cyber-bulling prevention.

What specific components would be included in your program?

How would you advocate for support (funding, staffing, etc.) for this program? Make sure you address how you would split up funding for an anti-bullying program into three categories: universal, selected, and indicated. Present an argument as to what percentage of the money should go to each group and why.

Justify why this theoretical approach is the most suitable for teaching your chosen topic.

Write a presentation using Knowles principles of adult learning (Knowles, 1984) of Andragogy to educate about Infection control measures for COVID19, as is relevant to your workplace and work context (I work in a hospital critical care- unit)

Begin with brief background information to inform your audience of the purpose of the presentation. Include information about your chosen teaching topic, the setting, the learners, and the underpinning education theory.
Explain how this education theory will be applied to your teaching of this topic and explain the teaching and learning activities that you will use to demonstrate this education theory in practice.
