Define three values/standards that you believe characterize your personal and professional life. For each value/standard on your list, add a brief description about how it part of your personal/professional life.

Integrity

“Integrity” has been defined (Carter, 1996) as having three components:

  1. a) A personal code about right and wrong;
  2. b) making actions based on the code; and
  3. c) being willing to take a stand for your personal code. For example, honesty may be part of one’s personal code. They rigorous work to be honest in all their interactions. And, finally, they actively promote others being honest as well. Additionally, they may take an action when they recognize another person is not being honest.

In research ethics, regulations that foster compliance are based on the integrity of the researcher. Thus, personal integrity is an essential part of research ethics.

In your essay,

1) Define three values/standards that you believe characterize your personal and professional life;

2) For each value/standard on your list, add a brief description about how it part of your personal/professional life; and

3) for ONE of the values/standards on your list, describe how you actively enlist others to have the value/standard.

NOTE: Because “honesty” is used as an example, do not choose honesty as one of your values.

In a Microsoft Word document of 3-4 pages formatted in APA style, you will describe the aggregate and community in which the aggregate is located.

Windshield Survey

There are two parts to the windshield survey assignment. In Week 1 you are required to submit a draft of your survey. In Week 2 you will submit your final windshield survey based on feedback from your instructor and your continued work.

In a Microsoft Word document of 3-4 pages formatted in APA style, you will describe the aggregate and community in which the aggregate is located.  Note that the title and reference pages should not be included in the total page count of your paper.

Describe the Aggregate

Begin the assignment by describing your aggregate. Include the following information:

  • Name of the aggregate
  • Geographical location and size
  • Population
  • A brief history
  • Basic vital statistics
  • Crude birth rate, infant mortality rate, life expectancy, leading causes of death, and any other relevant statistical information related to the health of the aggregate from the windshield survey.
  • Explain, giving at least two reasons, why you selected this particular aggregate for your Capstone project

Windshield Survey

With the use of public transportation or by driving a vehicle around the community, you can assess the common characteristics of the community of your selected aggregate.

Key observations to make during a windshield survey include the following:

  • Age and condition of the homes in the community
  • Location and condition of parks and other recreational areas
  • Amount of space between homes and businesses
  • Neighborhood hangouts
  • Transportation in the community
  • Quality of streets and sidewalks
  • Types/numbers of stores and other businesses
  • People out in the community
  • Race/ethnicity
  • Cleanliness of the community
  • Billboards or other media displays
  • Places of worship
  • Availability of services—doctor, dentist, social centers, recreation centers, hospitals

Identify and discuss a few targeted populations in your community that are of interest to you. Provide your rationale for the selections identified.

In community and public health nursing, the target of care is the community, thus the community is the client receiving the care. The role of the nurse is to evaluate health concerns and develop an aggregate plan of care to address those concerns. Aggregates or target populations in the community may include child care centers, cities, counties, senior centers, homeless shelters, minority communities, faith-based organizations, work sites, schools, or other populations.

  • Identify and discuss a few targeted populations in your community that are of interest to you.
  • Provide your rationale for the selections identified.

Design a development plan and prepare a summary presentation for outlicensing.

Development plan Essay

The assignment is to design a development plan and prepare a summary presentation for outlicensing. This will involve deciding which therapeutic indication is most appropriate for this compound, evaluate its competitive viability, estimate its commercial potential, prepare a target product profile, provide a marketing perspective of the intended consumer, design a clinical development plan with milestones and decision points and suggest potential remedies to liabilities

Presentation should include about- CT-189 Sigma1 Inhibitor for the Treatment of Castration-Resistant Prostate Cancer:

  1. Competition

Can we actually talk about specific competitor drugs – use these –

  2. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC7042720/
  3. Sales Forecast-I don’t think we can confidently say that “during our research, we have come to realize…” You can say that based on preclinical mice models, and the drug’s MOA, we anticipate that CT-189 blah blah. All of the Phase I/II/III stuff are mock trial designs with NO real data. We don’t know what will actually happen.
  4. Differentiation
  5. Market Size

c.Top competitors

  1. orphan drug status about CT-189
  2. Pricing vs combination therapies- What are the actual prices of the combination therapies? (1. Each Pill price, 2. Each product total Profit to date, and 3. Total Estimated Market Value of $ spent on Prostate Cancer drugs in general each year in the US?)
  3. CT-189 Commercial Viability- “Lack of available treatments” is not true. There are a number of treatment available for CRPC. the problem is, their overall survival is still not great. Patients are still dying between 9-36 months. We need more treatment to help extend their lives. I wouuld like you to mention of the unique MOA – that is true and the main reason why CT-189 will be efficacious and profitable.

you can mention Merck pharma because they are testing Pembro in mCRPC.

PRESENT THE DETAILS IN SUCH A WAY WHERE THE DRUG HAS NOT BEEN THROUGH CLINICAL TRIALS YET. PRESENT IT AS WE ARE TRYING TO PURSUE CLIN

What are the implications of the issues your client is presenting with? What are the future health risks? How will you need to approach this client’s health and fitness needs given their current status? Discuss why you chose the assessment outlined above.

Client’s main issues

Reiterate some of the client’s main issues. Think about weight, body composition, strength, mobility, or cardiovascular issues. What validated fitness assessments are relevant to the client’s goal?

Think about this holistically. You don’t want to just assess areas where the client has serious issues.

What assessment for all fitness components would you use? List at least 5 corrective movements based on the client’s musculoskeletal issues.

You have to think about the movement deficiencies that are created from the client’s injuries. Based on all the previous categories, give an overview of the emphasis of the program.

What are the implications of the issues your client is presenting with?

What are the future health risks?

How will you need to approach this client’s health and fitness needs given their current status? Discuss why you chose the assessment outlined above.

Discuss why you chose the correctives outlined above. Detail special considerations regarding the client’s program. Discuss the most obvious issues and some less obvious issues that may need consideration.

This requires an understanding of how certain health problems affect multiple aspects of fitness.
