Student learning Outcomes (#2) for the B.S. in Health Sciences is that students will “demonstrate professional behaviors necessary for health careers including interpersonal skills and collaboration”. In this context:
• Consider this course and at least two other required NIU courses that have impacted your learning about professional behaviors necessary for health careers.
• Identify, summarize, and include a pertinent article or reading supporting/explaining professional behaviors in health career (Note: this could be reading material from a previous course).
• Using the courses you identified in #1, describe and summarize a specific assignment that related to your learning about professional behaviors necessary for health careers. Integrate this and the content from the article or reading assignment identified in #2, to reflections on how this has lead to new learning about professional behaviors as it relates to your current work environment.
