Write in APA format a paper that explains what the buyer should do applying the principles of agency law

Analyze the following scenario: Buyer submits the winning bid on an auction website for
[1] a handmade quilt made by Ms. A,
[2] but taken on consignment by Mr. B (who is in possession of the quilt,) and that
[3] Mr. B asked Ms. C to create an online advertisement/webpage that offered the quilt for sale at auction.
Assume the quilt was shipped to buyer from Mr. B’s location. The buyer, upon receipt of the quilt, finds that the item is not of the quality represented in the online advertisement. Write in APA format a paper that explains what the buyer should do applying the principles of agency law (that is, assume a breach of contract of sale: do you believe that Ms. A, or Mr. B, or Ms. C, or more than one of them, is (are) liable to buyer?). If you are lacking important information, or if you need to make assumptions, please be sure to identify and explain what difference that information or those assumptions will make. Use the PowerPoint and reference provided along with using a biblical perspective in the writing.

Identify and explain 4 exceptions to the exclusionary rule established by the U.S. Supreme Court that allow for the search and/or seizure of evidence without a warrant.

Law enforcement officers and crime scene technicians must use caution and protect themselves at all times from contracting AIDS or hepatitis. Bodily fluids must always be treated as though they were infectious. Crime scene technicians most often use dust particle masks or N-95 masks at routine crime scenes. They are considered the most common type of respiratory protection. These masks are considered to be disposable and should be discarded after one use.

It is imperative that all personnel involved in entering and processing the crime scene wear personal protective equipment (PPE). This consists of items of clothing that are non-porous, such as crime scene suits, nitrile gloves (double gloving recommended), face masks, and eye protection. These items will protect the CSI from exposure to blood-borne pathogens, most chemical and drug residues, and other contaminants that are health hazards. In addition, hair nets and booties over the shoes will help avoid contamination of the crime scene.

Research the following points, and write a 5 pages paper fully explaining each point:
