Complete an “Extended” Executive Summary of 1000-1250 words. Extended in that you must offer detailed comments on each element of the Strategic Case Analysis. The intent here is to allow you enough opportunity to prove your grasp of the tools and concepts. Some concepts include Internal factor evaluation, SWOT analysis, projected financial statements, etc.

The company is Office Depot. I have attached my completed Strategic Case Analysis below. Use this to write the executive summary for the company.

Complete an “Extended” Executive Summary by providing detailed comments on each element of the Strategic Case Analysis. This is NOT just a summary of the information I attached.

Where appropriate among the various elements of the Strategic Case Analysis, address the following points:

Both companies have experienced poor performance from staff, a decline in sales, and low morale. The newly appointed Chief Operations Officer (COO) has asked Malek to create a performance management appraisal system to improve poor performance, issues with decreased sales, and low employee morale.
