Provide an annotated bibliography using the three nursing journal peer-reviewed articles following APA guidelines. At least one of the articles must include a nursing theory.
Explain the relevance of the selected issue.
Provide your analysis by

What personal experiences have prepared you to work with underserved populations, such as participation in a federal pipeline program, community service, internships, or experience in rural, frontier, or tribal populations? Health information technology (HIT) systems have the potential to improve quality, increase access, and reduce costs, yet many health care provider organizations have been hesitant to adopt HIT systems. It can be time consuming and costly to implement these systems and not every implementation has resulted in a good return on investment. To encourage greater adoption of HIT, to support recent health care reform legislation, and to foster HIT’s ability to improve quality, access, and reduce costs many financial incentives are being offered to health care
