What must be done to move the institution into compliance? Which roles at an institution would be important in this process? Describe the resources that the institution will need to commit to respond to the regulation.

Developing the plan

For a higher-education administrator, planning is an essential component to the success of your students and the institution. Now that you have been assigned a very important task (i.e., the development of an institutional response plan), you must structure and plan your work to ensure that ideas connect to each other and are fleshed out enough to apprehend your objective. Also, you need to remember that specific policies, procedures, and programs will impact your institution’s students.

Your strategy must involve students when mapping this change, so include that in your paper.

Go into detail about the response plan, addressing your integrated approach to regain compliance with the regulatory change. Outline the steps to develop a thoughtful, comprehensive, and sequential plan. The strategy should also address the funding and resources needed to carry out the plan.

Thus, it is important that you are well-versed on the main elements that a regulatory response plan consists of, to ensure that you and your team compose a comprehensive outline of a plan that will help the institution regain and maintain compliance.

In Module Five, you will submit a detailed outline of your response plan for your chosen regulatory change. Address the main components of the plan in terms of action recommendations, key players, resources, a communications system, and compliance assurance.

Address the following:

  1. Response Plan
  2. Make recommendations on the actions that the institution should take in response to the regulatory decision.
  3. What must be done to move the institution into compliance?
  4. Which roles at an institution would be important in this process?
  5. Describe the resources that the institution will need to commit to respond to the regulation.
  6. Conclusion
  7. Describe how your response will ensure that the institution will maintain compliance with federal regulatory civil rights requirements in the future

Out of the four critical steps of investigating child abuse and neglect cases, which do you think is the most prone to being mishandled? How so?

Domestic Violence

Each question is about a paragraph or two. You can use outside scholarly sources to answer the questions. All you have to do is answer the questions.

Week 5: Out of the four critical steps of investigating child abuse and neglect cases, which do you think is the most prone to being mishandled? How so?

Week 7: Is ineffective parenting dangerous to a child’s future? Explain your thoughts.

Week 9: Gender plays a significant role in perceiving and reporting instances of domestic violence. Many people ‘gender’ the violence in LGBTI relationships; for example, they may assume that the offender in a relationship is always the more masculine-presenting partner. However, domestic violence does not discriminate: it can impact or be perpetrated by any person regardless of their physical or personal attributes (e.g.. size, gender expression or age). How can this misconception be changed?

Week 11: The Family Justice Center Alliance of California is a valuable resource for family violence intervention and prevention. Visit their website for information on offender risk assessment and a variety of other topics. Which intervention did you find interesting? Why?

In what ways do you think the USMCA will benefit the U.S. expand their market?

In what ways do you think the USMCA will benefit the U.S.?

One of the five themes of geography is movement. Regional trade involves the movement of goods and services across national borders within a defined region. NAFTA, the North American Free Trade Agreement, was an example of a regional trade agreement. NAFTA was controversial from the time it was signed into law in 1993. Former President Donald Trump called it the worst free trade agreement ever signed. Others have cited NAFTA’s advantages.

On January 29, 2020, then-President Trump signed the United States, Mexico, Canada Agreement , also called the USMCA, to replace NAFTA. Like NAFTA, the USMCA is a trilateral trade agreement involving the United States, Mexico, and Canada (covered in Chapters 4 and 5). Some think the USMCA is a better agreement than NAFTA. Others disagree.
