This should read 2000 words MORE or LESS, (remember just a guideline). The challenge here is to create a good research work on gaming culture issues, a designer, a series, a deep examination of the cross-discipline ideas in a single game (not just a description of a game), and any issues you are interested in researching. The project may include images, music, video, references and anything you need to make the writing and ideas clear and articulate. It can be presented as an essay style research paper or in a more creative form involving text, images, references and links. The depth of research, the clarity of your critical thinking, the craft of presenting, and the layout and style reflect your creative way of presenting. In other words the style of HOW you create is connected to the content you make.

Introduction
Baccalaureate-prepared nurses have many opportunities to reflect on their contributions to patient care outcomes during clinical experiences. Research suggests that creating and sharing video reflections may enhance learning (Speed, Lucarelli, & Macaulay, 2018). For this assessment, you’ll present your approved intervention to the patient, family, or group and reflect on various aspects of your capstone practicum experience. Such reflection will give you a chance to discuss elements of the project of which you are most proud and aspects of the experience that will help you grow in your personal practice and nursing career.

Part 2
Record a 10-15 minute video reflection on your practicum experience, the development of your capstone project, and your personal and professional growth over the course of your RN-to-BSN program. A transcript of your video is not required. You’re welcome to use any tools and software with which you are comfortable, but make sure you’re able to submit the deliverable to your faculty. Capella offers Kaltura, a program that records audio and video. Refer to Using Kaltura for more information about this courseroom tool.

OVERVIEW
The self-reflection paper must be a minimum of 500 words, double-spaced, and in current APA format. Please note that the stated word count is a ‘minimum’. Therefore, students are encouraged to ensure they have thoroughly researched and responded to each question/prompt provided below. Each assignment must include properly formatted references. Use at least 2 scholarly sources (published within the last 5 years), the course textbook, and biblical integration.
INSTRUCTIONS
Based on the Six-Images Framework, this paper will focus on demonstrating an understanding of the six images, how those images approach change management, assessing your personal image(s), and then discussing how you, using the image or images, would have addressed the transition at Sears (Chapter 1). Begin this assignment by reviewing the text regarding the framework and then take the self-assessment to determine your dominant image(s). As you reflect on the framework, your personal image(s), and how change was approached by Eddie Lampert at Sears, respond to the following prompts:
• What are the six change management images and how would you define them?
• How would you describe their corresponding approaches to change management?
• Detail the results of your assessment, including your top image or images, if those images require actions that would make you uncomfortable, and whether you feel you could navigate between strong and weak images based on the situational context.
• What is your assessment of the image(s) of Eddie Lampert in this scenario?
• Using your dominant image or images, how would you have approached the change management efforts by Eddie Lampert at Sears?

This question asks you to design a circuit to sense a temperature and illuminate a green fight for temperatures of 49°C or below; and a red warning light in all other cases. You are recommended to use no more than 500 words in your answer to this question.
You are required to design an open-loop op-amp circuit that will sense the temperature so that a green LED is lit when 49°C or below. A red LED is lit otherwise.
You can assume that both the LEDs have a voltage drop of 2 V and require a current of about 2OmA (more specifically in the range 19-21 mA).
You should use the Omega 44004 thermistor in a Wheatstone bridge for this application. The Wheatstone bridge should have its own power supply.
If you use Multisim Live to design your circuit, to make the voltage drop across the LEDs 2.0 V, click on the * button to open the configuration pane and change the value of the Emission coefflcient to N = 2.72.
It is acceptable for your illuminated LED to switch from green to red above 49°C, but the red LED must be illuminated at 50°C

5. Deliver a 2-3-minute pitch of your business idea to the class (50 Pts). You may include a PowerPoint presentation (optional) but there can be no more than 10 slides. Your 2-3-minute pitch/presentation must include the following:
