For the purposes of the research paper, you will select a brand of your choice. Take time to research the history of the brand from the perspective of advertising. The paper which should be 4-6 pages must be typed, single-spaced or double-spaced (your call). Use APA-style to reference works cited. You should have at least 2-4 sources.
Your paper should address the following:
PAST: When did they start advertising their products, and with what medium: print, radio. television.
What did advertising look like for the brand when it started? Think about their content and tone of the message. Also who was their audience?
Shifting to the PRESENT: What has changed in advertising? Has the brand made any changes, and if so why?
What do present ads look like? Has the audience and/or message changed? Explain.
FUTURE: Where is the brand going?
