Create an analysis of the factors that contribute to the non-adherence of the perioperative surgical team discussed in this article. Present a plan to overcome these barriers so that the surgical risks are reduced and quality and patient safety are improved.

CASE STUDY

Read the following article:

Manamela, L. M., Rasweswe, M. M., & Mooa, R. S. (2022). Factors contributing to non-adherence of the peri-operative surgical team to WHO surgical safety checklist in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Perioperative Care and Operating Room Management, 29. https://doi.org/10.1016/j.pcorm.2022.100292

Create an analysis of the factors that contribute to the non-adherence of the perioperative surgical team discussed in this article. Present a plan to overcome these barriers so that the surgical risks are reduced and quality and patient safety are improved.

Your paper should meet the following structural requirements:

  • Four-to-five pages in length, not including the cover sheet and reference page.

Change the procedure for my_guitar_shop as instructed below. Write a script that creates and calls a stored procedure named test.

Exercise in MySQL.

Use the my_guitar_shop database to do the following:

  1. Start with the program on slide 11 in the Chapter 13 Power Point.
  2. Make sure you can run the program as is.
    1. Clean up any squiggly red lines. There are bad characters.
    2. You will need to call the procedure test as in slide 4.
    3. Hint: copy the USE and DROP from slide 3.
    4. Change the delimiter back to”;”.
  3. Change the procedure for my_guitar_shop as instructed below.
  4. Write a script that creates and calls a stored procedure named test. This stored procedure should use two variables to store (1) the count of all of the products in the Products table and (2) the average list price for those products. If the product count is greater than or equal to 7, the stored procedure should display a result set that displays the values of both variables. Otherwise, the procedure should display a result set that displays a message that says, “The number of products is less than 7”.
  5. Make sure to test both outcomes. Hint: change the comparison operator to test.

Follow syntax instructions: Statement and clauses are in all caps (anything in blue). Files and columns are in lower case. Indent continuing statements

Provide a synopsis of the review of the research literature. Using the “Literature Evaluation Table,” determine the level and strength of the evidence for each of the eight research articles you have selected.

Literature Evaluation Table

In nursing practice, accurate identification and application of research is essential to achieving successful outcomes. The ability to articulate research data and summarize relevant content supports the student’s ability to further develop and synthesize the assignments that constitute the components of the capstone project.

The assignment will be used to develop a written implementation plan.

For this assignment, provide a synopsis of the review of the research literature. Using the “Literature Evaluation Table,” determine the level and strength of the evidence for each of the eight research articles you have selected. The articles should be current (within the last 5 years) and closely relate to the PICOT question developed earlier in this course. The articles may include quantitative research, descriptive analyses, longitudinal studies, or meta-analysis articles. A systematic review may be used to provide background information for the purpose or problem identified in the proposed capstone project.

This is a two-part assignment.
Select one of the diseases or health conditions found in chapters 23-29 in the textbook. If you are using Diabetes, you must focus on Type 1, Type 2 or Gestational.

PART I- In a paper discuss the nutritional principles that either contribute to this disease, or how nutrition is used to control or alleviate the symptoms of this disease.
Paper (text/discussion) should be at least 6 double-spaced pages. Refrain from use of personal stories, either you, a family member or friends; this is a scientific-based discussion on nutrition and health.

PART 2- Create client health education materials to teach the client what foods they should or should not eat for their health condition. You must use the same condition that you used in part 1. The material should be written at the 5thgrade reading level. Do not use this brochure to explain the disease or health state. The education material can be a brochure, pamphlet, handout or PowerPoint. The material must be in MS Word, MS PowerPoint or PDF format. The health education material is worth 5 points (5%) of your grade. Grading rubric is in Blackboard with link to submit assignment.
