How does the unwavering of war lead to weaponizing diseases and the surrounding Geography.

Please compile a literature review regarding the preliminary question: How does the unwavering of war lead to weaponizing diseases and the surrounding Geography.
Write a stand-alone literature review for your selected preliminary question, with at least eight journal articles (hopefully more). Of these articles, four articles are ones that you found through your own searching, and one article should be at least 15 years old.
Your literature review should be no more than five pages double spaced and have a focus on what prior research results others have found that relates to your research.
Ways to stay on close to the question:
1. Prior research results on the general topic
2. Prior research results on your specific question
If referring to a study someone else performed or method of others, you need to summarize the content and cite the work you are referring to.

Create product development strategies and market demand estimates.

  • Create product development strategies and market demand estimates.
  • Assess the market structure to determine the crucial factors influencing the marketing strategy.
  • Instructions
    1. Construct a proposal to JGJ Inc. of 1000 words (+/- 50 words) using at least 4 credible and objective sources not provided as resources in the course in your analysis, plus at least one source provided in the course reading list.
    2. Use the titles in the Market Analysis Report Template (attached) to provide structure for the following four elements in your consultants’ report:
      1. Product Development
        1. Key differentiating characteristics of the offering
        2. Analysis of demand in the market
      2. Market Segment Demand
        1. Quantitative data used to determine projected demand
        2. Methodology used to determine demand
    3. Detailed Requirements:
      1. Product Development
        1. Fully describe the offering that fits the positioning from the prior proposal. You need to state the specifications, characteristics, and/or features of the offering which will differentiate it from other competitors. You should focus on what your product is, not what the competitive offerings are because that was covered in the prior section.
        2. Remember that these weekly sections form one larger consultant’s report. Each section must be internally consistent with other sections of the paper regarding where and how your proposed offering fits the identified opening in the market. If you find that your prior positioning was incorrect or not suitable, you are allowed 100 additional words in this section of the report as an introduction to state what is being changed and why it was changed
        3. Do not describe the product development process except as you describe the product. This means there is no introduction to or discussion of the theory of the product development process. You are writing a report to executives who understand the process so it does not need to be discussed. Your consultant’s report immediately discusses the proposed product and why it is being offered as designed. You should briefly discuss how the offering will be finalized if you believe your initial idea is not final.
      2. Market Segment Demand
        1. Provide a quantitative analysis to determine demand in the segment of the market that your proposed offering will fill. Your client does not want market demand for the entire industry or category; it only wants the demand for the segment that is being targeted. For example, a company introducing a new diet cola would not discuss the demand for all beverages, it would only discuss the demand for diet colas. This section of your report will be highly quantitative and multiple charts and graphs are likely to be helpful in conveying your data; one chart or graph is required. Your analysis can be in dollars or units sold but it must result in a specific forecasted demand in the same type of measurement.
        2. Include at least one chart or graph indicating the current and projected demand
        3. Fully describe the methodology used in determining demand including data sets used, statistics or modeling formulas applied to the datasets to forecast future demand and any changes or modifications made to the formulas and resulting numbers based on your interpretation of them (e.g., rounding, adjustments to trends).

Analyze how the questions you asked and the data you collected during the interview support your chosen leadership theory.

This is the last assessment that is related to your leadership interviews. For this assessment, use the narrative and summary of your interviews to complete the following analysis:
Leadership theory: Summarize the leadership theory that you used to develop your interview questions. Analyze how the questions you asked and the data you collected during the interview support your chosen leadership theory. You might have used servant leadership, Kevin Cashman, Margaret Wheatley, articles from the Center for Creative Leadership, leadership stage theory, or other sources. Demonstrate your understanding of your chosen mastery (personal, purpose, change, interpersonal/being, balance, or action). Use examples from your interviews to demonstrate your mastery topic.
Common Learning Themes: Reread the New Business Realities and the Thinking Habits of Mind, Heart, and Imagination, linked in the Resources. Select one topic from each and discuss its relevance to your experience interviewing leaders. The following are two examples:
New Business Realities: Did the interview reflect the dynamics of transformational change in complex systems in the change mastery questions?
Thinking Habits: Did the interview encourage professional self-development through conversational reflection in the questions on personal mastery?
Self-Reflection: Self-assess your experience as an interviewer. What seemed to work? What did not work? What would you do differently next time? How would you change your explanation of your leadership topic, the medium you chose, or your behavior during the interview, to enhance the quality of your data? What did you learn about interviewing? What did you learn about your topic and its potential for helping leaders examine their leadership skills and characteristics?
Summary Statement: Think about your experience interviewing leaders at this level. Describe the primary lessons you gained from this experience, the value of interviewing leaders, and the impact this approach has on leadership development. Include your recommendations to your current organization or an organization with which you are familiar about the development of leaders at this level and on your mastery topic and the use of interviews to propel personal development.

Briefly describe how sound travels through the ear to the auditory nerve.

n our reading this week, we learned about the processes of sensation and perception. Although they are two different processes, one often has an impact on the other. Some individuals aren’t aware of how much they rely on vision or hearing in their everyday lives, versus others who have vision or hearing impairments who may rely more heavily on their other senses and perceive the world differently than others. Please choose ONE option below for either diminishing your vision or hearing with the goal of becoming more conscious of the relationship between sensation and perception.
Note: Please be very careful when performing these activities. I suggest doing them in a familiar environment, such as your home, and having a companion present.
Option 1: Vision
Spend between 15 to 30 minutes “observing” without using your vision. Rely on your hearing, smell, touch or taste (if appropriate) to navigate your environment. During this time try to perform several different tasks that you would normally, such as picking up an object, or if you’re at home try walking to the next room, all while not using your vision. To impair your vision, you can simply close your eyes or wrap a scarf to cover your eyes.
After your observation time is over, please answer the following questions in 2-3 pages.
What are the basic processes underlying the sense of vision?
During the activity, what other senses were you using and how did you use them to accomplish your tasks to perceive the world around you?
What information did you pick up on that you may have ignored if you were using your sense of vision?
Define habituation and sensory adaptation. Provide examples from your observation time of habituation and/or sensory adaptation to support your response.
While this activity was only for a short amount of time, describe how your perception might change if one of your senses was permanently lost.
Option 2: Hearing
Spend between from 15- 30 minutes “observing” without using your hearing. Rely on your sight, smell, touch or taste (if appropriate). You can use earplugs or noise cancelling headphones (if you have them) to aid in diminishing your hearing. During this time try to perform several different tasks that you would normally, such as watching television (muted), or walking outside all while not using your hearing.
After your observation time is over, please answer the following questions in 2-3 pages.
Briefly describe how sound travels through the ear to the auditory nerve.
During the activity, what other senses were you using and how did you use them to accomplish your tasks to perceive the world around you?
What information did you pick up on that you may have ignored if you were using your sense of hearing?
Define habituation and sensory adaptation. Provide examples from your observation time of habituation and/or sensory adaptation to support your response.
While this activity was only for a short amount of time, describe how your perception might change if one of your senses was permanently lost.
